bought@brewery - pours a black beer with an elusive beige foam; aroma of black cherries and black chocolate; dusty; medium-bodied; some bitterness and a dry short and pretty weird aftertaste leaving a palate of cacao and old dry sausage - there’s something wrong here, water problems ? nitrate ?
